Dear Ms. Marlene Tritschler,

We had to leave Africa on Friday, and yesterday we arrived back in Germany. Our time in Africa will remain unforgettable—the magnificent colors, the beautiful landscapes, the animals, and the wonderful people we had the chance to meet.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent organisation of the first week that we were able to experience with Namibia-Experience. Everything worked out perfectly, the accommodations were wonderful, and our guide, Frank, truly completed the experience. Frank has incredible knowledge about the country, its people, nature, and conditions. He was very attentive, helpful, and an excellent driver, which was very reassuring for us given the extreme weather conditions at the time.

I was very glad that we didn’t drive ourselves and that you offered us an option with a driver. Thank you once again.
