Dein Aufgabenbereich:
Du bist verantwortlich für die individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Beratung unserer Gäste, die zielgerichtet zum Buchungsabschluss führt. Du erstellst und kalkulierst Angebote für Mietwagenrundreisen, Safaris und Trekkingtouren für unser Gäste.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, den geschäftsführenden Gesellschafter auf dem kontinuierlichen Wachstumskurs der Firma zu unterstützen und das Unternehmen im Hinblick auf Beratungsqualität, Teamkultur, Kosteneffizienz sowie in der Außendarstellung (Marketing) erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.
Während sich die Gesellschafter künftig mehr um die strategische Ausrichtung kümmern, übernimmst du nach und nach Teile des operativen Geschäfts.
Dein Profil:

German-speaking Tour Guides (freelance & employed)
Position Overview:
The Tour Guide / Driver-Guide is responsible for leading guests safely and professionally through Namibia while delivering an informative, enjoyable, and memorable travel experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about Namibia’s wildlife, landscapes, culture, and people, and enjoys sharing this knowledge with international travellers.
Strong German communication skills, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to manage group dynamics confidently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, enjoyable, and memorable tour and safari experience while maintaining excellent relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold its values throughout the tour.
- Conduct guided tours, game drives, and activities, sharing accurate and engaging information about Namibia’s wildlife, geography, history, culture, and points of interest, including optional activities where relevant.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with guests, answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns throughout the journey.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and cohesion of the tour group by giving clear instructions and managing group dynamics effectively.
- Act as the primary liaison between guests and lodge/camp management to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain all equipment, including vehicle checks, cleanliness, and general care of safari gear.
- Handle emergencies or unexpected situations (weather, vehicle issues, medical incidents) calmly, professionally, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with fellow guides, operations teams, and management to ensure efficient operations and seamless tour execution.
- Manage tour budgets responsibly and transparently.
Skills/Requirements:
Knowledge required:
- In-depth knowledge of the principles of tour guiding and consulting.
- Detailed knowledge of Namibia’s geography, national parks and various attractions.
- Exceptional knowledge of the culture, history, fauna and flora of Namibia.
Skills required:
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must possess excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in 4×4 driving and confident handling of long-distance road travel.
System skills required:
- Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel and email programs would be an asset.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Minimum two years of guiding experience, within Namibia.
- Legal right to work in Namibia (citizen, work permit)
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Valid C1 driver’s licence.
- Valid First Aid certificate.

Operations Manager

Operations Manager
to lead our operations team.
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating guides, vehicles, transfers, and operational logistics, while maintaining the high service standards our guests and partners expect from us.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, solution-orientated, highly reliable, and able to work closely with different departments to ensure that every tour runs as planned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating daily tour operations
- Planning and allocating guides, vehicles, and transfer services
- Liaising with guides, suppliers, lodges, clients, and internal teams
- Monitoring operational requirements before, during, and after tours
- Handling operational changes, emergencies, and last-minute adjustments professionally
- Ensuring that all vehicles, guides, documents, and logistics are correctly arranged
- Supporting the reservations and sales teams with operational input where required

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in tourism operations, logistics, or operational management
- Good knowledge of Namibia as a travel destination
- Excellent communication skills in English; German would be a strong advantage
- Good computer skills; knowledge of Tourplan would be an advantage
- A valid driver’s licence; C1 / Code 10 would be a strong advantage

Fleet Manager

Fleet Manager
to manage, maintain, and support our growing fleet of tourism vehicles.
Position Overview:
The Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are safe, reliable, well-maintained, and ready for operation. This role includes the planning and coordination of vehicle maintenance, inspections, licensing and repairs. The position is not limited to administrative fleet management. The successful candidate must also be willing and able to work hands-on with the vehicles, including carrying out minor services, basic repairs, inspections, and small maintenance tasks where appropriate.
The ideal candidate is mechanically competent, highly organised, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work closely with drivers, guides, operations staff, suppliers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the daily requirements of the company fleet
- Ensuring that all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, clean, and operationally ready
- Planning and scheduling regular vehicle services, inspections, and repairs
- Carrying out minor services, basic repairs, checks, and maintenance tasks where appropriate
- Identifying mechanical or technical issues and ensuring that they are addressed promptly
- Coordinating with external workshops, suppliers, tyre companies, panel beaters, and dealerships
- Monitoring vehicle condition before and after tours, transfers, and long-distance trips
- Keeping accurate records of services, repairs, inspections, licences, roadworthy certificates, tyres, and related vehicle costs
- Ensuring that vehicle licences, permits, insurance requirements, and documentation are kept up to date
- Managing vehicle handovers and inspections with guides, drivers, and operations staff
- Supporting breakdown management and operational problem-solving when vehicles are on the road
- Monitoring fuel usage, tyre wear, vehicle damage, and overall fleet performance
- Assisting with the development and improvement of fleet procedures and preventative maintenance systems
- Training, guiding, and transferring practical vehicle knowledge to other team members where required
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A recognised technical qualification in motor mechanics, diesel mechanics, automotive engineering, fleet management, or a related field would be a strong advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, workshop coordination, or a similar technical/operational role
- Hands-on experience with 4×4 vehicle services, inspections, repairs, and general maintenance is required
- Experience with commercial vehicles, safari vehicles, minibuses, or buses would be a strong advantage
- A valid Code 10 / C1 driver’s licence is required
Key Skills Required:
- Good practical understanding of vehicle maintenance and mechanical fault identification
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise urgent repairs and operational requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during breakdowns or last-minute operational changes
- Good communication skills in English; German would be a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach
- Ability to work with external suppliers and service providers in a professional manner
- Ability to transfer skills and practical knowledge to colleagues, drivers, and guides
