Excellent. The trip was wonderful.
Liz Schoombee, our Travel Expert, was excellent. The delayed arrival, the refund for the lost day, and the information about the guide change on the last day were all communicated and handled very quickly and professionally.
Hofni, our guide, was excellent. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every evening we discussed the plans for the next day and the different options available. He always took our wishes and suggestions into account. In Etosha National Park, he shared a wealth of expert knowledge about the flora and fauna and took us to well-frequented waterholes where we had great wildlife viewing opportunities.
All of the accommodations were beautiful. They were modern, tastefully designed, and clean. The staff everywhere were very friendly.
I would definitely travel with Namibia Experience again.
