It was an exceptional trip. Dirk, the Travel Expert assisting us in planning our trip, was excellent, and responses were prompt.
The price-performance ratio was excellent – very good value for the trip. Highly recommend for Namibia.
The safari guide, Samuel, was excellent. He was very attentive, responsive, helpful and professional. He appeared to do his very best to make our experience memorable. At times, I felt he went up and beyond his responsibilities. We were very happy with Sam’s services and would travel with him again, as well as recommend him to others.
Accommodation: excellent. It was as expected, and a couple of stays were beyond our expectations.
The safari itinerary: excellent. It was a custom trip, and changes or recommendations were easily adjusted.
