Our small group tour lasted 21 days. It took us clockwise around Namibia.
Simon, our driver and guide, showed us his home country with great pride and passion. He fulfilled all our wishes and showed us the most beautiful corners of each region. Nothing was too much for him.
We were most impressed by the diverse landscapes, the golden light, the colors, and the endless expanse. The route and lodges were carefully selected. We covered a good 5000 km in an air-conditioned Mercedes Sprinter.
Simon, our guide, stopped frequently along the way to explain numerous exciting features of the fauna and flora. He is also a good tracker and pointed out many animal species to us, which he explained.
The selection of lodges was varied and exciting. All lodges were of a high standard and each was uniquely integrated into the terrain. We encountered only helpful people there and were treated as guests. Each lodge had its own range of game drives in the surrounding area, where we learned about animals, plants, and culture.
This guided tour in a small group exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this tour and Simon as a tour guide.
