General Manager
Daniel Schörger
Daniel’s job as our General Manager is almost as diverse as his background. Growing up in Turkey and Germany, he moved to England before settling in South Africa. He studied Psychology at the University of Constance and completed his MBA at the University of Cape Town, worked in the film industry, as director of an NGO and Global HR manager at an international airline. Today, Daniel pulls the strings behind the scenes, aligning strategy with reality and translating it into our day-to-day business. Whenever he gets the chance, he escapes to Cape Town’s beaches and mountains or the remote Wild Coast.

Head of Sales
Alexandra Lindinger
Alexandra has been part of the team since 2011 and heads our team of travel experts. Equipped with a meticulous attention to detail and many years of experience, she trains new colleagues and stays on top of things even in the busiest of times. She has travelled around Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania and Kenya, visiting many lodges and camps. When climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Alexandra learned to respect the demanding trek up the highest mountain in Africa and is proud to have made it to Stella Point. As an animal lover and resolute advocate of animals’ rights, she cares deeply about Africa’s wildlife and promotes the values of sustainable tourism.

Product Manager Southern Africa
Marlene Tritschler
Marlene started working in the tourism industry in 2005 as a trainee for a small tour operator, specialising in trips to Southern and East Africa. Over the years she worked as a Sales and Product Manager, organising self-drive trips in Namibia, South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique as well as safaris in Botswana and Tanzania. On her visits to these countries she got to know the places, as well as the people, and is now one of our very experienced consultants.

Namibia Travel Expert
Tanya Mineur
Tanya was born in Namibia, but lived most of her life in South Africa. Nevertheless, her love for the nature, culture and languages of her birthplace has never left her side. Her passion for tourism grew during her language studies in Germany and she started working in the tourism industry after she graduated in 2013. Her focus has mainly been on East Africa (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda), but has now shifted closer to home. She has been on camping and lodge safaris in Namibia, especially in the less visited northern part, and is eager to show guests why Namibia forever holds a place in her heart.

Tour Guide
Mattheus Ndineti
Since his high school days in Germany and in Namibia’s Swakopmund, Mattheus always had the urge to be outdoors and spend time in nature. After a few detours, he eventually made the transition from lodge management of one of southern Namibia’s most well-known lodges to being a tour guide and on the road with us. When travelling with Mattheus, you will not only learn about Namibia’s flora and fauna, but about its complex and ancient history of which he is an expert. He will share his Namibia with you and get you involved from the very first day, so you can see and experience Namibia through the eyes of a local.
Mattheus speaks English and German.

Tour Guide
Enrico Zynda
Enrico has been working in the tourism industry since the early 90s. After growing up in Namibia, he worked in various other countries and even on cruise ships. When he returned to Namibia, becoming a tour guide just seemed like the next logical step for him. He loves travelling inside and outside of his home country. As a real Namibian, he has a lot of knowledge about the country and loves to share his local insights with our guests. What makes Namibia special for Enrico is its diversity and vastness. His favourite place is Vierkantklip just outside of Swakopmund, where the dunes meet the Atlantic Ocean with the road in between. What Enrico loves most about his job is that he learns new things every day, on every tour and from all his guests.
Enrico speaks English, German, and Afrikaans.

Tour Guide
Wolfgang Ramdohr
As a trained zoologist, Wolfgang loves to share his in-depth knowledge about Namibian wildlife with his guests. His other passions include plants, particularly trees, as well as geology. Wolfgang grew up in Windhoek and returned to Namibia after studying in South Africa and travelling around Europe. He loves Namibia for its varied flora and fauna and the many extremes you find here. He is captivated by the fact that Namibia’s habitats “allow a view into the geological past” thanks to the country’s dry climate and its sparse vegetation. Wolfgang has previously worked as a guide in Botswana and Zimbabwe before becoming part of the Namibia-Experience team in 2017. He strives to send his guests home relaxed and full of new experiences. As an avid photographer himself, he will also make sure that you always get the perfect angle for your photographs.
Wolfgang speaks English, German, and Afrikaans.

Tour Guide
Lesley Mootseng
Lesley never planned on becoming a guide. After finishing school in Namibia, he lived in Germany for ten years where he trained and worked as a male nurse. When he returned to Namibia, he fell in love with guiding and says he “still loves it like the first day”. He loves everything about his job, from spending time with his guests to solving problems while on tour. He is also a passionate driver. Lesley proudly says of himself that he “always gives 100%”, and he is especially good with families. What he thinks makes Namibia special are the wide, open spaces and that you can “hear the silence”. He is also fascinated by the country’s many contrasts in terms of landscape, culture and climate. He hopes that his guests understand nature better after being on tour with him, so that they can fact-check what Discovery channel says about Namibia.
Lesley speaks German, English, Afrikaans.

Tour Guide
Lars Jahn
Our Guide Lars has made it his mission to excite people from all over the world for the fantastic country that is Namibia. He enjoys being in nature and getting to know different cultures while meeting a variety of people. His goal is to pass on as much of his knowledge to his guests as possible. What Lars loves most about Namibia is the incredible diversity of animals and nature, the vastness of the country, the kind people, and the good food. Lars is an expert in ethnology and knows a lot about Namibia’s colonial history. He is also very knowledgeable about the country’s wildlife. Lars hopes that after going on safari with him, his guests will want to come back to Namibia to experience and see even more.
Lars speaks German, English, and Afrikaans.
